At DigitalBark, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our various products and services.
IMPORTANT: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Different products and services have different refund and cancellation terms.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks & Online Courses)
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once you have:
- Accessed the content
- Downloaded the eBook(s)
- Enrolled in or accessed online course materials
NO REFUND: Once you have downloaded or accessed digital content, it cannot be returned and refunds will not be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds for digital products may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access to your purchased content and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Wrong Product: If we delivered the wrong product due to a system error
- Payment Processing Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books)
Return Window
Physical books can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and materials
- Have no signs of damage, writing, or highlighting
- Include the original invoice or order confirmation
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack the item securely with all original materials
5. Ship the item to the address provided
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
OFFLINE/PHYSICAL TRADING COURSES
Cancellation Policy
For offline courses conducted at our physical location:
More than 7 days before course start: 100% refund
3-7 days before course start: 75% refund
48 hours to 3 days before start: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before start: No refund
After course has started: No refund
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend a scheduled offline course, you may request to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course start time.
REFUND PROCESSING
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may approve partial refunds, such as:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items with minor damage not reported at the time of delivery
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Services that have already been provided
- Promotional items or free bonuses
- Gift cards or vouchers
CANCELLATION BY DIGITALBARK
We reserve the right to cancel any order or service for the following reasons:
- Technical errors in pricing or product information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
