DIGITAL PRODUCTS DELIVERY
INSTANT DELIVERY: Digital products (eBooks, online courses) are delivered instantly via email and your account dashboard immediately after successful payment.

How to Access Digital Products
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
1. Order Confirmation Email with your order details
2. Download Links for all purchased eBooks and course access
3. Account Access to view and download from your dashboard
4. Lifetime Access to re-download from your account (unless specified otherwise)
Important Notes for Digital Products:
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 5 minutes
- Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
- You can always log in to your account to access your purchases
- If you have any trouble accessing your digital products, contact our support team immediately

Order Value Above ₹500: FREE Shipping
Order Value ₹250 - ₹500: ₹50
Order Value Below ₹250: ₹80

Delivery Timeline
Major Cities (Metro Areas): 3-5 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 7-10 business days
Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local holidays.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order by:
1. Logging into your account and checking order status
2. Using the tracking number on the courier partner's website
3. Contacting our customer support team
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:
Package Not Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Check with family members or neighbors
2. Look for the package in a safe spot near your door
3. Contact the courier partner using your tracking number
4. If still not found, contact our support team within 48 hours
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Do not discard the packaging
3. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos
4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you need to change the address after placing the order:
- Contact us immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order)
- We will try to update the address before the package is shipped
- Once shipped, address changes may not be possible
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
1. They will make 2-3 delivery attempts
2. You will receive notifications for each attempt
3. The package will be held at the local courier office
4. Contact the courier to arrange pickup or reschedule delivery
5. If not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned to us

Currently, we only ship physical products within India. Digital products (eBooks and online courses) are available for purchase worldwide and are delivered instantly via email.
